LAHAT

I’m Bar Umansky, founder of Butter, a strategy and branding

consultancy. I’m a strategic consultant, lecturer,

and communications expert with over 15 years of experience

in branding, strategy, and storytelling.

I began my professional career at 14 as a columnist for Walla!,

one of Israel’s leading media outlets.

Over the years, I built a diverse path spanning national television

and radio appearances, alongside a deep

specialization in digital tribes building.

I led Google Israel’s Educators Academy and community,

and spearheaded educational innovation initiatives

within the ORT Israel network.

I have advised many of the country’s most influential players,

from global tech companies and fast-growing startups to pharma firms, NGOs, universities, government bodies, and social ventures.

I’m a board member at LAVO,

an organization dedicated to

promoting positive sexuality education and advancing constructive discourse around sexuality and gender in Israel.

I lead strategic thinking and development initiatives,

shape directions for action, and support the organization’s

long-term processes within its field of activity.

My work shapes public discourse.

My Instagram account garners consistent media attention.

My projects, lectures, and analyses in strategy,

branding, and communications are frequently featured

in the Israeli press as part of broader debates on digital culture,

storytelling, and innovation.

I hold a B.A. in Interactive Communications from the

Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya (IDC), where I was admitted

on the basis of excellence in Israeli communications.
